Inside the workshop

One class.
One complete experience.

Game Design helps students see the systems behind the games they enjoy. Working from a guided design challenge, students build a playable experience, apply age-appropriate coding and logic, and improve their work through real playtesting.

STUDENT RESULTA playable game or interactive prototype that reflects the student's own theme, rules, and creative decisions.

Design the experience

Students decide what the player should do, what makes the game challenging, and how success will be measured.

Make it interactive

They add movement, events, scoring, obstacles, or rewards using accessible game-building tools.

Playtest and polish

Students observe what works, identify confusing moments, and make improvements based on real feedback.

Students will

Active from the
first minute.

Develop a theme, player goal, rules, and win condition
Design a level, challenge, or interactive game environment
Use age-appropriate coding logic to create player actions
Playtest, gather feedback, debug, and improve the experience

Flexible for your campus

FULLY EQUIPPEDWe bring the complete setup

Creative Innovations Labs supplies the devices, specialized technology, materials, and lesson resources required for the class.

SCHOOL DEVICESUse existing laptops or tablets

When it fits the workshop, we can design the experience around technology students already use on campus.

HYBRID PLANCombine both approaches

We bring the specialized equipment while students use existing school devices for the digital parts of the experience.
